Graham is good with a crane, on the ball and very aware of the task before him. He has a 3D view of any load, which is worth a fortune today, as most crane drivers only see a two-dimensional view of any load or lift, Graham can see that extra dimension in the lift and the problems before he lifts the load, so very smart guy. This of course makes slinging a load that much easier for him as he views the load to be lifted as in the air, not on the ground.

I'd just like to comment on your driver Graham regarding his professionalism and manner. Basically a credit to your company.

I would just like to say thank you for organising and removing the machinery from our small workshop, I will have to say Graham your technician was fantastic, First we had an issue with positioning the lorry, but he found another solution, And then the fly press was to high to get through an access door, So Graham part dismantled the press, so he could remove it.Again thank you all,

Firstly, I’d like to give your guys some praise, IEC charges a different company with moving the sold machines off our site and their performance only served to highlight just how good your chaps are, it was nothing short of a nightmare with them dropping a machine not once, not twice, but three times! They were also here a day more than expected and I had to pull 2 x 13hr days just to keep on top of them! I’ll stop at naming and shaming them. It was the exact opposite of our experience with your company, which has been nothing short of excellent, so thank you.

What a great service. Amongst the megabucks machinery lie some small items and I bought a bench machine circa £100. Steve first questioned me to ensure that it was suitable for my duty ; then, because of staff holidays, he personally arranged courier delivery and parcelled it up himself. [It should have been videod as a master class in secure transit packaging of machinery]. And to top it all there was a hiccup in my BACS transfer which delayed my payment “no worries” says Steve. And all this for what must be a trivial transaction for his company.Thanks Steve, a brilliant organisation.
