Used Kelch Kalimat C36 /1C Semi Automatic Tool Presetter, 2006, s/n 1547, Measuring envelope for long cutting tools “Z” axis Length = 600mm / “X” axis Dia = 400mm, Powered CNC “C” Axis spindle motorized automatic spindle rotation, Pneumatic power clamping of tool in spindle, Rebuilt PC control running on Windows XP Professional, Kelch Easy Webset V5.00 measuring software, Kelch “MPS” (Modular precision spindle) Micron accurate base spindle for use with MPS tool type insert modules, SK/BT 40 “MPS” Insert Module, SK/BT 40 Gripper Jaws for MPS Insert, SK/BT50 “MPS” Insert Module, SK/BT50 Gripper Jaws for MPS Insert, SK40 Calibration Bar for Camera presetter to set Zero Point, SK50 Calibration Bar for Camera presetter to set Zero Point, Presetter mounted on Kelch TUL rack with TUL blocks for MPS Inserts and Calibration bar storage, TFT Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse, White original Kelch Germany supplied Folder with all original system software discs and back up stick. Machine been serviced on an annual basis by Kelch UK. Machine can be delivered to UK Customer and installed. Option to have on-site training of the machine and measuring software by Kelch UK staff at additional cost.
